Xero has announced changes to its subscription prices. If you've spotted a notice in your inbox, you're not alone in wondering what it means for your business.
Here's the good news. A price change is a handy reminder to check you're on the right plan, and that's something we can help with.
Plenty of businesses chose their Xero plan years ago and haven't looked at it since. Back then it made sense. Now the business has grown, taken on staff, added payroll or started using a job management app, and the plan hasn't moved with it.
That can go two ways. Some businesses are paying for features nobody uses. Others are on a plan that's too small, so they're working around limits and doing extra work by hand. Either way, it costs you.
If you'd like us to, we'll look at your current Xero plan and the way your business actually uses it. We'll check things like:
Which features you're using, and which you're paying for but not touching
Whether your plan suits your team size, payroll and reporting needs
How your other tools, like WorkflowMAX, Unleashed, Fergus, iPayroll or Dext, connect in
Whether a different plan would suit you better, or whether the one you're on is already right
We won't recommend anything that isn't right for your business. Sometimes the answer is "stay where you are", and we're happy to tell you that.
If you have several businesses on Xero, we know the costs can add up. We're holding our price for clients with multiple businesses, so you won't be caught out by changes on our side.
Contact us if you'd like to know more about how we might improve your business systems. We can provide a review and recommendations for your consideration if that's required, or maybe your team just needs some extra training to run your existing systems more efficiently. Sometimes the systems you've already got are better than you might think!
